HIGHLIGHTED RELEASE NOTES
- Enhanced Product Drop-Downs: Added indication of project products in the order form product dropdowns, along with project product notes and work types where applicable. This provides context to aid product selection for projects.
- Flexible Order Entry: Added the functionality to create retroactive orders and optionally convert scheduled tickets to complete tickets. This allows orders to be entered for past dates without interfering with current logistics.
- Audit Trails for Order Edits: Added an option to enter contact and employee who requested order changes. Provides audit trails showing who initiated order edits.
- Controlled Load Allocation: Improved behavior when allocating a ticket that will exceed the hold after quantity by prompting the dispatcher to confirm the load size. This prevents exceeding hold limits without awareness.
- New Auto-Add Fees
- Scalable Wait Time Fees: Added new logic for a “grace period” multiplier based on load size. For instance, a 5-minute grace period allows a 5CY load 25 minutes to unload before fees apply, and a 10CY load 50 minutes.
- Unload Time Fee: Added the option to configure the unload time auto-add fee based on the cumulative order unload time. The fee is applied once per order, excluding late loads.
