BCMI Team Member Spotlight: Brittney Garcia

We’re excited to introduce a member of our team who brings hands-on industry expertise to every customer interaction. Brittney Garcia joined BCMI’s Customer Support team as a Software Support Specialist in January 2023. Prior to joining us, she spent several years as a Dispatcher for a west coast ready-mix producer. “I have really enjoyed being able to bring my experiences from dispatching ready mix to helping our organizations all over the country provide excellent service to their customers,” Brittney says. “I have a real love for the industry and find every step of the concrete process fascinating. From cement production, innovating mixes, dispatch and logistics strategy, the actual pour and all the things that come after, I enjoy it all.”

Vice President of Customer Success Janeen O’Dell says Brittney’s years of experience along with her positive and collaborative attitude have been an excellent addition to the team. “She provides insight and understanding into many of the issues our producer teams face daily,” Janeen says. “Her efforts also aren’t limited to the help desk. She assists the implementation and success teams as well.”
