Titan America has implemented BCMI’s cloud-based ready-mix dispatch across S&W Ready Mix Concrete Company, which includes 20-plus plants in North Carolina and South Carolina. This is the first of Titan America’s ready-mix concrete operations to implement BCMI Dispatch.
Titan America, based in Norfolk, Virginia, has added BCMI Dispatch to its existing suite of BCMI products, which includes Material Pro Analytics, sales/CRM, Material Now and eTicketing. Titan America has BCMI products running across operations in cement, fly ash, aggregates and ready-mix concrete integrated with other business-critical systems, such as SAP, to share information across the organization.
By adopting BCMI’s cloud-based dispatch, analytics and Material Now mobile app for contractors, Titan America is leveraging best-in-class technology that will improve data flow internally and with customers.
