Material Pro gives you a simple way to catch batch issues early. The Batch Inaccuracy widget shows you when loads fall out of tolerance, so you can address it before it becomes a bigger problem.
What it is
Batch Inaccuracy tracks the percentage of loads where at least one material was outside your configured tolerance range.
You can view the data by:
- Plant
- Plant group
You can view material accuracy by:
- Tolerance Level
- Standard Deviation
Add it to your Measures dashboard or put it up on TV Mode to keep the team informed in real time.
If you need more detail, dig into the Tickets or Batch Weights screens to see:
- Which materials were off
- How far they were from target
- Whether the load was excluded based on your settings
Why it matters
When you know where the issues are coming from, you can fix them faster. Batch accuracy data helps producers reduce wasted material (money) and ensure consistent quality.
