- An AI-powered intelligent order chat feature has been added, capable of scanning the chat for any requested changes to an order. The AI will then prompt the producer with a confirmation to change the order. To enable this feature, please contact BCMI support.
- Improved tracking of truck status, including when trucks are deadheading, at the shop, on break, washing, or not ready for tickets.
- Dispatchers can now choose the status of a truck after its current ticket is voided.
- New customization options to the truck list are available. Producers can now select which columns they want to display and adjust the width of the overall truck list to fit your preferences.
- When exporting tickets, Producers will now be able to see details about cancellations.
