Material Pro 3.13 / Material Now 3.8 (10/19/20)

Many new Ready-Mix Dispatch features are now live, after being proven out during the Chicago dispatch trial October 2020. Updates include: 

• Delayed ticket printing at multilane plants.
• Support for handling the return quantity in trucks (dump at plant or add to next ticket).
• Two-way driver messaging via Digital Fleet tablets.
• Improved tab-through action in order forms.
• Locked-in order of materials sent to the batch panel (coarse aggregate before fines).
• QC can access and edit mixes on single orders from several entry points.

Quoting & CRM

• Improved linking of opportunities to projects.
• Billing contact is required for customer records.
• Individual products can be highlighted on quotes.
• Increased field length for product names.
• Fixed an issue with quote numbering.

Material Pro

• General improvements to Chat feature.
• Attachments tab is now called “Internal Notes.”
• Notes tab is now called “External Notes.”
• New link to Material Now from customer records.
• Added customer P.O. number to order records.
• Voided ticket details include reason code, user & time stamp (for BCMI Dispatch only).
• Bug fixes and general interface improvements.
